2011 Weigh loss kick off

This year I decided to get my butt in gear about loosing weight! I joined weight watchers and Cal Fit on January 14th and have been doing great! In 3 weeks I lost 9.4lb!! WAHOO!!
Working out mon-fri and eating healthier I feel better already. I believe I have gone down at least one pant size and will be taking my measurments at the end of this 4th week.
Needless to say I am excited about my lifelong journey to making better choices and being a healthier me for myself and my family! =)
